Come take a look at my school. While there come by my ESL classroom. We're doing some great things with English Language Development as well as Spanish literacy! You can also look at the archives of my kindergarten classroom where I taught for 15 years. You can see about how the class was organized and read the weekly newsletters in English and in Spanish.
During the summer of 1997 twenty fellow Spanish teachers met for a three week intensive conference at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon to get new ideas for teaching the language. As a result of this conference, several of us have put together a group of songs and games that you can use in your classroom.
