Setting up Eudora for Hebrew

Download the special Eudora Hebrew Tables. You may need to double-click the file to unstuff it. Then put the file "Eudora Hebrew Tables" in the "Eudora Stuff" folder which is inside the "Eudora Application Folder".

Eudora Stuff folder

If Eudora is open, quit the program and then re-start it. Open a new message. Then go to the menu, select "message", then "change", then "transliteration" and then "MacHebrew-->ISO Hebrew".

Transliteration

You will need to do this every time that you send a Hebrew message. However, if you mostly send Hebrew messages, you can set this as the default. Simply hold down "shift" as you move from message-->change---->transliteration----->MacHebrew-->ISO Hebrew. The Hebrew choice should now be highlighted for all of your messages.
