Writing your Hebrew letter

The best word processor for writing in Hebrew is Nisus Writer. You can easily mix English, Hebrew, Spanish, Russian and virtually any language. You can even set up separate spell checking for each language.

However, a free Hebrew text editor comes with System 9. It is the Hebrew version of SimpleText. It is a little hard to find, though. You will need to insert your System 9 install disk. Open up the disk and find the "CD Extras" folder" and open it.

Double-click the "SimpleTexts.img" file. This will create a folder on your desktop called "Simple Texts". Open this up and find "SimpleText Hebrew".

Drag the icon to your hard drive. You can now use this version of SimpleText to easily compose your Hebrew messages.

When you are finished simply copy the message and paste it into the Eudora message field. Remember to select "Hebrew ISO" and send your message. If you are asked whether you want to send the message as "plain" or "html" select "both". It's that easy!
